2Secure Cargo Systems is introducing a new and innovative direct X-Tie system, called Marvee, for crated/bound stacked cargo, which significantly increases its lateral stability. This is achieved by utilizing a X-Tie effect with the Marvee in direct contact with the cargo, working in pairs (WLL 5600#/2540Kg), on opposite sides, as pictured below;

It should be noted that the over straps are still required.

Marvee works in conjunction with a 4” D ring strap (pictured right) and forms
part of the cargo securement system. The D ring is retained in place by a stainless
steel torsion spring.

Legislative Compliance:

North American Cargo Securement Standard

FMCSA Federal (US) 393.118 and Provincial (Canada) NSC 10 Division 2 Regulations for Dressed Lumber and Similar Building Products

This system offers blocking against lateral movement of the bundles, in keeping with section 45 of the National Safety Code Standard 10:  Bundles restrained from lateral movement by blocking or high friction devices.

FMCSA/CCMTA officials have reviewed our system and marketing of our product has begun.
